What you can post

Driver reports are for practical information that helps other drivers: whether the chargers were working, any queue, the price you paid per kWh, the speed you saw and short tips about the site, such as which bays work.

What is not allowed

  • Personal details of anyone, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, number plates or IP addresses. Reports that look like they contain an email address, phone number or IP address are refused automatically, and we remove any that get through.
  • Adverts, promotions or links. Reports with links are held for review.
  • Abuse, harassment, hate or threats.
  • Anything illegal, or anything that encourages illegal activity.
  • Reports you know are false.

How to report a problem

Use the "Report a problem" button beside the latest charger status or under any tip and choose a reason. When three different connections report the same post, it is hidden until we review it.

What we do

We review held and reported posts. We remove posts that break these rules; a removed post's text and details are deleted, not just hidden. We can block a connection that repeatedly breaks them from posting, voting and flagging for 30 days.
